Partnership
Contract
The following is contract information for corporate partnership
opportunities of The Pavilion, offered by planitOmaha, Inc. Partnership
pricing is made available for the 2008 College World Series scheduled
for June 14 - June 25. The Pavilion is located at 3406 S. 14th Street
(14th & Deerpark Blvd.), one block west of Rosenblatt Stadium in Omaha,
Nebraska. In accordance with the verbiage of this contract information, "Purchaser" refers
to the possible corporate partner; "The Pavilion" refers to
the event coordinated by planitOmaha, Inc.
- Purchaser will receive the benefits listed in the appropriate Sponsor
Amenities section of this document. The Sponsorship Packages
include all corporate passes to the tent and other features specific
to the package
selected.
- It is understood that the College World Series is subject
to delays, changes, or cancellations due to weather conditions and that,
in such
an event, create delays and cancellations for The Pavilion.
Refunds will not occur and a weather/game delay policy will be in place
prior to the
start of the College World Series. The Purchaser also expressly
recognizes and agrees that The Pavilion is responsible to all corporate
sponsors
and other corporate patrons for the proper conduct of guests,
vendors and staff. Therefore, planitOmaha, Inc. reserves the right to
refuse
or revoke the admittance or continued patronage of any person
who acts in a disorderly or disruptive manner as determined by the planitOmaha,
Inc. Principals and/or event staff, and/or to refuse or revoke
the use
of any other privileges contained in the Sponsorship Packages
because of such conduct. In such event, the Purchaser shall not be entitled
to
any refunds or return of any monies paid for any of the selected
Sponsorship Packages.
- The Purchaser also recognizes and expressly agrees that
the Sponsorship Packages shall not be assigned, sold or otherwise transferred
for financial
consideration to another person or entity without the written
consent of planitOmaha, Inc. Principals. In the event of such transfer
without
prior written consent, planitOmaha, Inc. shall have the right
to refuse or revoke the use of any badges, tickets, or other privileges
provided
in the Sponsorship Packages and shall not be required to refund
or return any monies paid by the Purchaser for the Sponsorship Packages.
- The Purchaser agrees that persons who use the badges, tickets,
and/or other privileges contained in the Sponsorship Packages assume
the risk of personal injury or property damage associated
with a corporate
hospitality
tent. Purchaser further agrees to indemnify and hold
planitOmaha, Inc., Lawless Distributing, Coca-Cola of Omaha, & the
property owners thereof harmless of any lawsuits brought against such
personal and/or critics
and their employee for such personal injury or property
damage.
- planitOmaha, Inc. Principals will have record of insurance for all
vendors associated with The Pavilion. planitOmaha, Inc. will
carry special event insurance covering set-up, operation and dismantling
of The Pavilion.
- These agreements become valid upon the affixing of signatures of
all parties to this document and the receipts of the amount
set forth below. Any and all additional considerations to these contracts
shall
be made in writing.
